Practical Information

Pamporovo (Bulgaria) is a ski resort in winter but, they also offer a dozen or so other activities during the summer months: mountain hikes for all levels, visits to extraordinary natural places (caves, etc.), rock-climbing, bike treks, all sorts of sporty activities (running, fitness… all in the clean mountain air!)… And that’s without mentioning the pool, hammam, sauna, massage, and the likes, that the station offers. All of that including yoga!
You will find just below some videos of Pamporovo, in summer and in winter.
Vitosha is a mountain massif, on the outskirts of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. Vitosha is one of the symbols of Sofia and the closest site for hiking, alpinism and skiing. The territory of the mountain includes Vitosha nature park that encompasses the best known and most frequently visited parts. Vitosha is the oldest nature park in the Balkans. The mountain emerged as a result of volcanic activity and has been subsequently shaped by the slow folding of the granite rock layers and a series of gradual uplifts of the area. This is the highest point of the mountain at 2290 m and is one of 10 peaks in Vitosha that reach over 2000 m in height.
These 3/4 or 5-day workshops include excursions (between 3 and 5 hours) in Vitosha, as well as yoga classes, cultural and gastronomical tours of Sofia.
