Online Classes

Online classes take place in the Zoom-app. This app is free of charge and available for PC/Mac, smartphone or tablet. There are currently 14 classes per week.

Live Classes

Classes are held in the Centre Kirkpatrick (Montgomery - 1200 Brussels) and the Palais du Midi (city centre - 1000 Brussels). Due to the health crisis, live calsses are currently suspended.

Practical Information

Tandava Stretching is a technique that works the whole body based on yoga, classic stretching and the Graham method.
Its aim is to tone the entire body, but also to relax knotted muscles and release tension built up by the stresses and strains of daily life. Stretching can be practised by itself or as a complement to other sports; it will help correct muscular problems and can also decrease tension. It can also harmonise the body, mind and spirit, at each individual's pace.
The classes take place live (Brussels) and online (with Zoom).
For the Online classes
It is absolutely necessary to sign up for all classes as the number of students per class is limited (15 students). All the classes are managed via Doodles. Every Saturday, you will receive a link for the registrations for the upcoming week. I can, of course, add your name to the mailing list; just send me an email!
For the Live classes
Because of the current restrictions, the sports' centres are closed until further notice. Therefore all yoga classes will take place online. You can find more information in the ``Online Classes`` section.
Price per class is 10 euros.

I am also available, at the request of companies/offices, for in-house weekly, one-hour sessions. A meeting room where it’s possible to roll out a few yoga mats is all you need and classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. Classes can be held early in the morning before work starts, during the lunch break or even at the end of the working day.
Another possibility is Zoom classes. These will then be set up exclusively for the participating employees.
